ROAST LEG OF LAMB
Our roast leg of 24 hour marinated Herdwick spring lamb is filled with Montgomery’s cheddar, dry fruits and nuts. It is carved at the table and served with saffron rice, rich onion sauce and black lentils. The dish is big enough to serve 4 people (or as a smaller portion for more people).
