What better way to welcome July than with the launch of our Indo - Nepalese Food Festival. In a month long celebration of Nepal’s diverse culinary offerings and its unique relationship with India we are very excited to present you with our Indo –Nepalese menu created especially by our Nepalese chefs.
Located between India and China, Nepal is home to the majestic Himalayas and Mount Everest. Its cuisine is most certainly as diverse as the country itself, with a unique crossover of cultures and influences as a result of its location. Like Indian food, Nepalese food is full of spice and flavour and our chefs have designed a menu that not only celebrates, but respects the countries distinct use of flavours and cooking style.
