Hosted at Cinnamon Kitchen, the range of specially crafted master classes, taken either by Vivek himself or his accomplished Head Chefs Rakesh Nair, Hari Nagaraj (The Cinnamon Club), Abdul Yaseen (Cinnamon Kitchen) and Raju Ramachandran (Cinnamon Soho), tackle different aspects of Indian cookery, offering students the chance to truly explore the diverse cuisine of the subcontinent.
Spanning a diverse range of subjects, there is a master class to suit every occasion, whether it’s a special event, a gift or a chance to share your passion for the creative.
Interactive Food & Wine Experiences 2015
Our new interactive experiences offer an exclusive dining experience, including a wine tasting session with our expert sommelier. The class starts at 3pm with a canapé and drink reception followed by a demonstration at our interactive tandoor grill. Guests then move onto a mini wine tasting followed by a three course meal at the tandoor grill finishing at approximately 9pm.
