But that’s just the start of the night. Following coffee and petit fours, diners make their way to the riverbank to watch fireworks explode in the sky as the clock strikes 12 from nearby Big Ben. Toasting the New Year with a chilled glass of champagne, the evening moves back inside where live entertainment and an in-house DJ ensures late-night celebrations unfold in true Cinnamon style.
